Very Sad News about a grooming member of our “family” .
Lisa Leady lost her daughter Amanda in a tragic auto accident on Thursday June 30, 2011.
Amanda was also the niece of Sue Watson and grandaughter of Donna Zikes.

There will be a service held at The Butala Funeral Home on Tuesday July 5, 2011 from 3:00pm to 8:30pm.
The address is 132 W. Main St. Genoa, IL 60135. http://www.butalafuneralhomes.com

The family has also set up a memorial scholarship fund for Amanda’s graduating highschool’s preforming arts program.

I was just wondering, is this open to the general public? I groom my own dogs in my home (poodles), my dad was a groomer for years. I would love to attend the poodle competition. I don’t see anywhere where there is a general admission rate. Thanks for your help

I just saw the speaker lineup for Summerfest in the newsletter. Yes, I sure am getting excited! Another day with Eric Salas, and oh boy, Jarbas is back! The small taste of topics definitely whets the appetite for NEPGP’s next show. Can’t wait to see the full schedule!
