Premium Booth requested Premium Booths are inside the Grand Ball Room where the competition is held and will be available to sponsors first for these same rates. If any are left they will be sold on a first come basis at an additional $100/booth.

Rental includes: Draped booth, one skirted table, sign, 2 chairs.

Payment --A 50% deposit is required to hold your booth space. Make checks payable to NEPGP. The balance must be paid in full on or before October 1, 2008. To reserve the same booth space location as last year, full payment must be received by June 15, 2008.

Electricity is included in booth price if your booth deposit is received by June 15, 2008, after this date it is $125.00 for the weekend.

Agreement: We hereby apply for exhibit space at NEPGP's Fall Festival of Grooming. It is agreed that neither NEPGP, its sponsor, The Crowne Plaza, nor any of their agents, employees, or other representatives shall be accountable or liable for any loss, damage, harm, or injury to the person or property of the applicant or any of its representatives or its agents resulting from theft, fire, accident, or other cause. No exhibitor shall sublet or assign space leased to him/her to any other exhibitor or individual without the written consent of the show organizers. Exhibitor must confine their displays to the space assigned; no interference with other displays will be allowed by the erection of extra-high booths or by any other means.
